Description:
Pair of military Swiss binoculars. The military version of the "Telex" 6 X 24 binoculars. Brass and alloy body construction with prism covers. Bright crisp optics with strap and leather case marked "L.G. Walther Sattler Bern. # 19". The Swiss military acquired optics from Germany. The leather straps and case are of typical Swiss military in color and style. A scarce pair compared to regular German military issued pieces. These glasses were built 1912-1914.
