Steyr 98 8mm Mauser caliber bnz code rifle. Manufactured for the German Military in Austria in 1942. Matching serial numbers except bolt with stock and hand guard numbered inside. No markings on buttstock. Wood is very good with dents and dings, but no cracks. Metal is about 85% with patina on blueing. Very good bore with strong rifling and is dark in the grooves. Overall very good condition.
