23" round barrel, plus muzzle brake, and with full-band swivel base. Fully figured walnut stock with ebony forend tip, steel-capped pistol grip, beaded pancake cheekpiece, classic point-pattern checkering---wrapping around at the forend---Howell inletted rear swivel stud and machined Hart R.A.D. recoil reducer, adjustable for length of pull (currently at its shortest setting) and with solid black KickEez recoil pad. Dakota controlled-feed action with 3-position Model 70-type safety and drop-box magazine with hinged straddle floorplate. Leupold LPS matte-finish 1.5-6x42mm scope with 30mm tube and bold No.4 reticle on Talley quick detachable rings fitted to Dakota proprietary bases. Pull: 14 1/8". Weight 10lbs, 2oz. 99%blue. A few minor scratches in the wood, but virtually unfired and with excellent bore.
