A nice Parker DHE 12 Gauge Side-by-Side Shotgun. According to the previous owner this gun was onced owned by Joseph Byran III (1904-1993) of Richmond, VA. I have no way to verify this other than what is on the case and the previouse owners word. Please google him, he is a pretty interesting guy. The guns stock has been cut and has a Galazan pad on it with a 13" LOP. The gun was also resleeved by Westly Richards and is choked Mod/Full. Seeing as how well traveled Mr. Bryan was it seems entirely possible he had it rebarreled when he was overseas. The gun is nice and tight and on face and would be a good shooter. With the addition of a thicker recoil pad this would be a great way to get a inexpensive DHE for vintager type shoots or hunting. Gun is also chambered 2 3/4". It has 28' barrels on 11/2 size frame.
