Colt Large Frame Lightning .40-60-260 caliber rifle. Made in 1887. Barrel is very sharp with nice clear markings and 60% original blue with the remainder turning into a brownish patina. The magazine is a light brown patina throughout. Receiver is mostly brown patina with traces of original blue. Wood is very good, forearm is repaired. Bore is very good. Well above the average large frame Lightning rifle!
