Description:
GERMAN Model 98k Mauser bolt-action rifle # 1790ee (8x57) mfg. by Mauser (factory code byf) in 1941. Excellent condition, a Soviet rework with most remaining bluing and intact Nazi markings. Small parts electropenciled but do not match receiver. Bore is excellent and mirror-bright. Laminated walnut stock has a few of the expected dings and flaking shellac, strong eagle / H (Army) cartouche on right side. Solid front barrel-band, rear band is of the stamped and welded type. Completely functional, includes cleaning rod, locking screws and front sight hood. I will not ship to CA,CT,DC,MA,NJ,NY C&R eligible. There is a 3% charge on Credit card orders
