Description:
The action is crisp and snappy just the way you like them. The octogan barrell is 26 inches and may be a special order smoke less powder there are no proof marks with full magazine set back at proper length 3/8 inch. the finish retains 98% original thinning blue with some spotting on top of barrel the edges are crisp and sharp just starting to silver on edges. The marking are all sharp and clear the wood stock shows never been sanded wood hugs the metal proud. there are no chip or cracks and has that deeep winchester red ya gotta love it. there is normal carry wear on the upper and lower tang consistant with normal use. the lever displays vivid bright rainbow case colors...........Upon in spection of the bore its a 9 1/2 bright and shiny with nice lands and grooves ......I did not see any black powder etch. this is one pretty sun of a gun...........In my professional opinion this is all original and unplayed with serial # denotes 95,xxx is circa 1897.................is antique ships to your front door.. i do ship to the world where allowed
