Description:
Nice early example in .45 caliber purcusion revolver with 6" octagon barrel. English type with the bar hammer most commonly found on early pepper box type guns. Gun is silver plated and engraved including the butt. Barrel and cylinder retain most of the blue finish.  Works like a fine clock. Checkered walnut stocks with light spider line split about half an inch but barely noticeable in the finely checkered stocks. This is a double action only revolver.  Really super unusual pistol.  Antique
