Marlin model 336 (no letter) in the desirable .35 Remington caliber.This is a pre cross bolt safety rifle.Bluing is all very nice,No rust or pitting going on.The wood is solid with no cracks or splits.Shows some scratchs on stock from use and clearcoat wear near butt plate.Tight rifle with a great bore,strong rifling.Has a short money Simmons on Weaver mount and rings. Very nice rifle for hunting your white tail in the heavy stuff.
