This is a Colt Officers Model Target Third Issue in .32. The receiver and barrel have a bright blued finish. The barrel has some small scratches under the "Heavy Barrel" stamping, and some small scratches on the right side plate (visible in photos). The grips are wooden and checkered, and are still sharp and crisp.
