This early semi-automatic pistol made by Sauer and Sohn Germany displays the fine design, machining and craftsmanship that German gun makers built their reputation upon.The 1913 was made in several variations. This model appears to a 3rd variant that encompasses serial numbers 135000 through 160900 with the S&S monogram in a vertical oval filling the upper half of the grip panel.
