Description:
The rifle features a 26" half oct bbl, half length mag and a take down frame, shotgun butt and pistol grip checkered in the I style. Mint bore. Original sights include folding tang rear sight and typical Winchester front and rear sights. Overall gun is in extraordinary condition with 98% bright vivid blue showing only slight wear in the area where the mag tube goes through the take down ring. Original wood is excellent+ condition with most original lacquer remaining. Nearly impossible to improve upon with these special features. The carbine is a full blued frame carbine with case colors on the hammer and lever. Bbl, mag and receiver retain 98%+ bright glossy blue. 95% vivid case colors on the hammer and lever. Mint bore. Original saddle ring. Correct carbine style buttplate. Wood is in excellent condition and shows no signs of being altered. This is a very unusual pair of guns with full blued frames and you would be hard pressed to find any as spectacular as these. May sell seperate.
