Description:
A CZ BRNO ZKM 611A semi-auto rifle in .22 WMR caliber. One 7 Rd. mag. I have more mags but they'll cost an extra $150 each. This rifle is one of the most beautiful I've ever owned. I hate to put it up for sale but there comes a time when....oh well. Has a 2-7x Redfield Frontier scope. I have not shot this rifle. For all intents and purposes it is brand new. I have owned both the 611's and the 611A's and there is some small differences between the two. I'll include a flyer I have that outlines those differences. In spite of owning the 611's I have to say this 611A is way more beautiful than any 611 I've ever owned. The wood grain and color are excellent. The checkering and finish are great. The bluing job is first cabin. I can't say anything bad about this rifle but you be the judge with the pictures. They say it all. Shipping is $46 from me to your ffl. Thanks for looking. Capt. John
Here's the differences between the 611 and 611A rifles: The 611 is from a milled block of steel, the 611A is a stamped receiver. The 611's tend to have a straight comb American style stock instead of the European Hogs back style. The shape of the stock is different, especially noticeable on the forearm. The A model has a different safety than the original, and the barrel is not as thick/heavy as the original. The rear site base on the 611A is sweated on whereas on the 611 it is machined. The rear sight on the A is half the size of the original. The bolt on the A is a different shape than the original, not quite as hefty. Not all A models came with sling swivels. The screws in the buttplate on the 611A are somewhat plain whereas on the 611 they are of the type you might find on a custom rifle or higher grade shotgun. There is quite a price difference. They shoot comparably...
