This rifle is a custom CZ 550. Originally an American model, it has been completely redone and
is more in the classic style. All the wood was thinned down, 4" cut off the fore end and the grip
area reworked to fit your hand. I added a ebony fore end tip, ebony plugs over the cross bolts
and a Decelerator 1" recoil pad installed. The checkering is full over the top 20 LPI in a point
pattern without borders. The finish is sanded in oil. The barreled action and bolt were stripped
and then rust blued in a deep matt. The bottom metal and grip cap are color case hardned and
this comes with matt finish Talley 1" scope rings. A Timney adjustable trigger has been installed
and is set to 3.5 lbs. The bolt now has a McFarland two panel checkered knob installed.
The bore is like new and this shoots really well. The 286 gr. bullets work the best and it is a great
killer on game. The rifle as shown weighs 7.5 lbs. This will ship in a hard case you can keep.
