Description:
Equipped with 30" bbl and orig Evans ladder sight. Also has a very unique frontier repaired front sight. Cal 44 Evans. Evans rifles are very unique and you seldom see them around. This is a very good example with quite a bit of aging blue remaining. The balance turning a brown patina. Bbl is pretty much antique brown with some blue in protected areas. The two piece buttstock on this gun is actually in very nice condition. A lot of handling marks but no signs of abuse. Forearm wood is all there with several scrapes and mars. Action works nice. This would be a great decorative piece for a hunting lodge or the den. Good looking rifle!!
