Fox B Grade 20 Gauge SxS Shotgun
1 of 177, AS NEW, 14 3/4" LOP, WOW!!!
When you consider that there were only 177 B Grade Fox 20 gauge guns made you realize this gun, serial number 200306 made in 1913, is truly a rare find. We restocked this Fox to perfect factory shape and checkering pattern in figured English walnut EXCEPT WE LEFT IT LONGER THAN FACTORY LOP. Length of pull to Fox butt plate is 14 3/4", 14 1/2" to the end of the wood. For any tall Fox lovers out there, this could be a 15 1/2" LOP to the end of a genuine Silvers pad or other vintage pad and with great shooting dimensions, it is a delightful bird gun waiting for a new home. And of course with the strong demand for graded A.H. Fox 20 gauge guns, its strong desirability and rarity, it will only go up in value as you enjoy its use. No waiting for restoration either, with Turnbull case colors and charcoal blue trigger guard, the best rust blued barrels, oil finished wood all complete and untouched since completion. The factory card shows the balance of this gun is unchanged in configuration since leaving the factory, including chokes and barrel length. Weighs 6lbs. 2oz. with the long stock and balances dead on the hinge pin. NICE!
