Remington Rand 1911 semi-automatic handgun. Chambers .45 ACP caliber cartridges through a 5 inch barrel with an excellent bore. 1911 A1 style with an overall rating of ~90%. Parkerized with some minor rubbing wear throughout. Checkered grip plates, brown hard plastic. Stamped "UNITED STATES PROPERTY" and "M1911 A1 U.S. ARMY". "DEWEY B. OVERMAN" is engraved on the right side of the slide. Two magazines. Dated ~1944. SN: 197####
