Pre-1902 version (no set screw for sprue cutter screw and no mould alignment pins.) Marked with the usual New Haven markings and the somewhat unusual "25-20 S" instead of "SS". (Probably "S"tevens). NOTE: THIS IS NOT FOR THE 25-20 REPEATER. Single patent date on reverse side.
Retains 99.9% original nickel finish. Mould cavity is as new - don't think it has been used at all. Cut for a 90 grain bullet instead of the standard 77 grain. Not often seen this nice. Would make an excellent base to build that minty boxed set.
