The George Lawrence Company made this beautiful Left Side Holster to fit a Colt SAA In 5 1/2" or 4 3/4" barrel revolver. This X29F 528 Field Side Holster is properly marked with the George Lawrence Company maker mark logo which dates this holster from the mid 1940s to the mid 1980s. It is picture here in 85% New Condition showing minimal wear with some draw marks and discoloration. This is an incredible left side holster made from Premium Tooled Heavyweight Skirting Leather with a stitched Welt, the model number reflects a model #29 Side Holster and F= Floral Tooling. The two safety strap snaps are a special order feature to allow a secure care for both barrel lengths. (See The photos).
The leather is totally alive and will provide a century of use.
Last and most wonderful feature is unsurpassed floral carving.
