#3568 National Arms Co. #2 Deringer Rare 2” Barrel
This is a National Arms Co. #2 Deringer in 41 rimfire caliber with the rare 2” barrel. This is serial number 12042. They were made from 1865-1870. They were purchased by Colt in 1870 and continued to manufacture this model under the Colt name. The mechanical function is very good crisp and tight with traces of blue in the protected areas. The bore is very good with nice rifling and shinny. All of the markings are very good. The 2” barrel is the most difficult to come by.
