#3591 Sharps New Model 1863 50-70 Conversion 75%
This is a New Model 1863 Conversion to 50-70 caliber with an original 6 groove barrel and the usual cam type firing pin. 50-70 is also stamped on the left rear fore stock. The barrel retains 80% original finish of which is 65-75% blue with some plum hues. The receiver retains 80% case colors. The bore is excellent, bright and shinny with excellent rifling. The mechanical function is excellent crisp and tight. The serial number is 80089 and there are no cartouches on the wood stock. The wood is very good with out any chips or cracks.
