Payment Types Accepted: Check, MO, Wire Transfer Description: #3593 W. Ketland & Co. Brass Barrel Colonial Flintlock Pistol This is a very nice example of a London marked W. Ketland brass barrel trade flintlock pistol. These were popular in the Colonies from 1775-1813. It has two 1813 proofs and one with a bird and the number 1 above it. It retains 75-80% original finish and crisp and tight mechanical function. It is lightly engraved on the lock, top tang and trigger guard. The barrel is London marked and has a mark or cartouche on the left side behind the lock screw. There is one small tight grain crack forward from the frizzen. The ramrod even has the auger tip. The condition is fantastic for a very early Colonial type 58-caliber flintlock pistol. I would consider trades for pre 1899 ANTIQUE PISTOLS and rifles on any of my items.. WHAT DO YOU HAVE TO TRADE?
