From an advanced collection of Sauer’s guns and doubles rifle comes this Kalezky falling block double rifle, of which only 4 to 5 examples known to exist throughout the world! This rare and unique double rifle, in 9.3x74, has a vintage Kahles scope in removable claw mounts. This is an incredible hand built gun with the maker’s name on top of the breech block. Bores are perfect, and the wood is solid and free of any cracks or gouges. The gun does need a replacement grip cap on the pistol grip. The optics is clear and the reticule is the four bold cross hairs which transition to medium at the center. No problem with dust or cloudy optics. This rifle has a length of pull of 14.25”. Barrels are 23.5” long and the Blacking is very good. The action features minimal engraving and it looks very clean. Note the actual horn butt plate. Overall this a very rare and unique gun for thousands of dollars less than what you would pay for it if you found it elsewhere. One very nice and classic double in amazing condition.
