Description:
S# 406539, .222 Rem, 26 inch barrel, bright excellent bore. This classic groundhog rifle is date coded "KD" indicating May 1957 manufacture. Rifle remains in very good condition with 90% + Blue and sound wood showing years of careful use with scattered typical small dings and marks. Forend bottom has areas of finish loss. Comes with an early Weaver K10 scope in Weaver mounts. Crosshairs are not centered, optics remains clear with a spot of dirt on right side of view. A classic late 1950's groundhog rig complete with period scope that should still shoot great. FFL or C&R
