Winchester 1873 .38-40 caliber carbine. Saddle ring carbine manufactured in 1893. Bore has good rifling and some corrosion and a ring in the bore near the muzzle that is NOT visible on the outside of the barrel. This a sharp '73 with good markings. Action works perfectly. Dust cover is a replacement but looks very good. Stocks are solid with only the usual nicks and dings. Metal is smooth with and even patina. Good looking '73 carbine.
