US Springfield Model 1873 Trapdoor Rifle Socket Bayonet with Scabbard. The blade has retained most of its finish with some light pitting and scratches. The scabbard has some scratches and pitting but no dents, but does have a 1 inch spit at top - there is a picture that shows it. The bayonet measures a total of 21 inches in length. The socket measures 3 inches.
