Description:
DWM 1891 Peruvian 7.65mm Mauser. Originally an Argentine rifle later purchased by Peru around 1901. The Lange rear sight and Peruvian crest were added a few years later. Non-matching serial numbers. The wood is excellent as refinished. The bore has strong rifling and is slightly dark. About 85% finish remains with patina.
