This is a pre-owned Ruger SR-556 Carbine in 5.56 NATO. It uses gas piston operation, has a 16 inch barrel with muzzle brake, matte black finish, four position chrome plated gas regulator, quad rail hand guard, with folding sights, six position telescoping M4 style buttstock, Hogue monogrip pistol grip with finger grooves, an upper receiver that has an integrated Picatinny rail, chrome plated bolt, bolt carrier, and extractor, includes rail covers, soft sided carry case and three magazines. This rifle is in excellent condition and would be a great way to get into a piston rifle.
