Description:
This is a very near mint pre 64 Model 70 in 243 cal. All aspects of this gun are toally original, and as it came in 1956 or 1957 with the exception of the scope bases. The aluminum floor plate retains nearly all of it's deep blue finish with 1 small scratch (pictured). The butt plate is also aluminum and is in great shape. Wood shows only tiny handling marks from years of field service and was well cared for over the years. The metal is also near flawless retaining 99% of it's deep blue finish.
