The buyer assumes the responsibility for transfer fees or background check fees that the receiving dealer will charge. It is also the buyer's responsibility to insure that the dealer will accept the firearm(s). We encourage that the buyer contact the dealer before we transfer the gun to them for pick-up to insure that there are no problems with your transfer. If the dealer refuses to accept delivery of your firearm, you will be responsible for shipping charges to recover the firearm and reship it to a dealer that is willing to receive it.

The Remington Model 580, 581, and 582 are a family of bolt action rifles, manufactured from 1967 to 1999. The rifles were introduced as a replacement for the previous Model 511. The 580 series was a rifle patterned after the contemporary Model 788 centerfire rifle and sharing that rifle's rear-locking bolt. This used firearm is in overall very good condition, bluing is in great condition as well as the wood finish of the stock. Very few marks throughout the surface of the metal on the barrel, and very minor marks on stock. This is an excellent example of this a Remingtpm 582 and is 100% functional. The stamp on the barrel indicates that the gun was manufactured in 1974.
