Description:
The "G" code on the chamber denotes 1935 date of production. This was the last year that the Germans concealed their production date on weapons of war. This pistol is all matching numbers including the correct as issued magazine. The Luger is in very fine condition and would rate a 98 plus condition. The straw parts are very strong with light wear on the inside of the trigger. The original rust blue finish is fully intact. The grips are perfect with no wear just a few diamond points sightly flattened. The bore and chamber show no use or being shot at all. The magazine is also in perfect condition with no dents or plating loss. The pistol and magazine have the correct droop eagle 63 code on the frame and magazine. This is one of the nicest condition "G" dated Lugers to show up in a long time. Most of them have seen war service and show it. Beside this Luger"s fine condition, to have it's correct magazine is a real plus! This is definitely a Pistol that a serious World War Two Collector or Luger Collector would desire to have in their collection! It would be very hard to find one better!
