Description:
A fine Ball Civil War carbine, ,made by Lamson, Vermont. Caliber is .50, 7 shot. Operated by lever(also trigger guard). These were limited in use and appeared near the end of the civil war. The gun is in terrific condition retainoing a good 95% original blue and 90% case colors(darkening a little). The wood is excellent and the cartouche is barely visible on the left side of the stock. Somewhat rare in that only 1000 were made. Very nice overall for a Ball.REDUCED!!!
