Very good Winchester model 1873 Saddle Ring Carbine, .44-40. Gun is a uniform gray but shows no pitting or dings. Bore is very good and shows wear but still rifled. Action is crisp and tight. SN 149XXXX,
Gun has fine wood with no dings and the caliber is very legible on the elevator. Much nicer than average '73 SRC. Gun is very attractive overall.
