NEW PRICE! NEW PRICE! NEW PRICE! WINCHESTER PRE 64 MODEL 70 SUPER GRADE RIFLE, sn 230xxx, .270 Winchester with a bright excellent bore. The rifle retains fully 95-97% of the original factory blueing showing some high edge wear, light muzzle wear and a few scattered very light dings. The correct Super Grade floorplate retains about 94-95% original blue. The bolt knob has pewtered and the bolt is numbered to the gun. The correct Super Grade stock exhibits about 93-94% of the orginal varnish. There has been finish added on the ebony forearm tip over a few dings. Ahead of the buttplate on the right side of the butt stock are a number of very small drip-looking marks that appear to be something spilled on the finish. That great Super Grade checking is free of scars and remains sharp and welll defined. There is a very tiny fleck missing at the toe. The super grade swivels are included and the sights are correct and present.
THIS IS A VERY FINE SUPER GRADE OVERALL THAT EXHIBITS HONEST WEAR AND RETAINS A VERY PLEASING APPEARANCE.
