For your viewing is a Remington model 31 12 ga. 28" w/polly choke. standard stock dimensions. Shotgun was made in june of 1944. As after WWII the poly was a rage, just as choke tubes are today. This shotgun is the steel model and is in very good condition for 70 years old. there are quick detach swivels installed the push button type, so sling can be added. Good old shotgun, Remingtons challange to the model 12, some say the 31 was a better gun with half the parts. the more they are shot, the smoother they get. a very good choice for the price.
