Thousands used on both sides of the American Civil War with finer engraved Lefaucheux Pinfire Revolver’s much favored among officer’s of the Confederate States. Stonewall Jackson was presented with an ornately Engraved Lefaucheux similar to this revolver by his troops just prior to his death at Chancellorsville. Very fine with modest amounts of original blue and otherwise in excellent 100% original condition. Fine working order and near mint bore and chambers. Fine scroll engraving on the frame and cylinder.
