REDUCED - Please note that this father to the world renowned model 1911 is 100% Colt factory original. There is absolutely no replaced or new manufactured parts, screws, springs, pins, grips, or magazine. The barrel has sharp rifeling but is a little dark in the grooves. The base of the magazine is not marked as is correct. This pistol is fully functional and may be fired with reduced .45acp loads. This is a spectacular and historic firearm which is seldom seen now and may not be seen again in the future.
