Description:
This is a pre-owned J.P. Sauer produced Weatherby Mark V manufactured in 1971 chambered in .300 Weatherby Magnum. It has a 24 inch barrel, and a custom thumbhole stock with rosewood tipped forearm and pistol grip. The receiver is tapped for bases, but it is missing the plug screws. This rifle looks like it has roughly handled quite a bit, but not shot a lot. It does have scratches on all metal surfaces, and plenty of dents and scratches in the wood. The bore is clean with bright visible lands, it looks like it would still be a good shooter.
