Description:
This is a Parker  grade zero 10 gauge hammer gun with 32 inch TWIST barrels choked full and full. It still has its original 2 & 7/8 inch chambers. The frame is a #3 as is to be expected. The weight is about ten pounds. The bores are somewhat frosted, but should clean up nicely with a proper honing. It is an all original, unmolested Parker in very shootable condition, which started its life on July 12, 1888 in Keokuk, Iowa on the west bank of the Mississippi. I would surmise that its owner bought it to shoot ducks on the river and its surrounding areas. One can only imagine what life must have been like then.
