Factory letter states this gun was shipped on Oct. 1, 1897 to Scott & Son, London with a 5" barrel, blued finish and checkered hard rubber grips. It is chambered in the .44 S&W Russian. It is the double action New Model #3 frame referred to as the Navy model DA. Gun retains approximately 40% blue mixing with clean smooth patina. Action is perfect. Grips are near mint. Bore is strong and shiny. Letter states it has been refinished.
