Description:
Selling out of a large collection a Caesar Guerini Forum in the great 28 gauge. The Forum is top of the line field gun and every part has been polished and hand fitted. Everywhere you look on this gun you see the quality. From the jeweled barrel flats to the 26 line per inch checkering the gun screams quality. Fit and finish is excellent and the hand rubbed oil finish on the Turkish Walnut stock is excellent and has cast off for the right hand shooter. Game scene and scroll engraving is well executed and shows excellent contrast on the coin finish receiver. Engraving is signed Bottega Giovanelli. Stock dimensions are 1 1/2 X 2 1/4 X 14 3/4 to the checkered butt. Single trigger is selective and gives excellent pulls. Gun weighs 6 pounds 12 ounces and has great balance. Gun comes with two choke tubes, cylinder and improved cylinder in the 28 inch barrel with solid rib. Rib is hand file cut. As stated in the title gun shows no sign of being fired other than test firing at the factory. Take a look at the pictures and I think you will agree this is a very special little gun, which will make Quail, Woodcock, or Grouse fall out of the sky and make your hunting partner look at you with envy. Price of this gun is $7500 plus actual shipping to your FFL. MSRP on this model is $10,300. Gun is in perfect condition except for one tiny ding in comb of stock.
