SOLD PENDING RECEIPT OF PAYMENT
Semi-auto version of the WW2 British Sterling L2A3 submachine gun, manufactured in the USA by Wise Lite Arms. Blow-back action, folding stock, 16.5 inch barrel, aperture rear sight, front sight adjustable for windage and elevation, all steel except for plastic grip. Blued steel barrel, black crackle-finish paint on barrel shroud, receiver and stock, two 34-round magazines. Excellent condition, excellent bore, mechanically excellent. This is the actual gun that was reviewed in the June 2013 issue of Gun Tests magazine. I bought it from Kevin Winkle, the FFL dealer who handles the purchase and sale of the guns reviewed in Gun Tests magazine.
Gun Tests gave this carbine an "A" rating and said, "The all-business look of the Sterling is matched by its excellent construction and perfect operation. We liked this carbine, despite its heavy weight [8.1 lbs.]. We thought it had lots of class, especially the folding stock that locked tightly, open or closed."
