Description:
Serial #768216, 7.65mm (32 ACP), 3 1/2" barrel with a very good bore. This commercial, "(eagle)/N" proofed pistol retains 90% of the original blue finish with spots of mild silvering at the muzzle, on the gripstraps, and on the exposed edges. The pistol does not have any police or military markings but their is a small, unobtrusive importer stamp on the underside of the frame to the right of the triggerguard web. The walnut grips are in fine condition with some minor handling marks and small blemishes in the excellent oil finish. The slide matches the condition of the rest of the metal precisely but is actually a replacement (#574). This is a fine early commerical HSc with one proper Mauser banner marked magazine. FFL or C&R
