Description:
S# L17720, .177 caliber BB, 17 inch barrel, bright excellent bore. This rifle was produced from 1919 to 1939 and it remains in very good condition with 70% blue and sound wood stamped "14/4" with about 80% original finish. The markings on the air chamber are a little weak, a flashlight brings them right out. Metal surfaces show scattered light oxidation stains an some areas fading to brown. Gun cocks and makes a popping noise when fired, it may need a leather washer replaced prior to use. A very interesting air rifle now over 75 years old.
