HART CUSTOM BOLT ACTION RIFLE ... 7x 57 caliber ... 24" sporter barrel with 1 in 9" rate of twist ... weight 7 lbs 12 oz ... LOP 13 3/4" over 1/2" black Old English recoil pad ... model 98 action is fitted with Talley rings and bases ... back swept bolt handle has 5 checkered panels ... jeweled bolt ... trigger is set to 5 lb 6 oz pull ... sling swivel studs.
The barrel is inscribed "Hart" on the right with the caliber on the left and is in like new condition with perfect bore. The stock is English walnut with spectacular, full length fiddleback grain from tip to butt and side to side. (This is an exceptional piece of wood.) The forearm has an ebony tip with a window's peak and the stock has a swept cheekpiece. The toeline has a gold oval with the engraved initial "F". Perfectly cut, fleur-di-lis checkering with ribbons covers the grip surfaces.
