This is an Enfield SMLE III* in .303 British. The receiver manufacture code is "SSA" as marked near the safety on the rear of the receiver. The rear sight is marked "HV SC" under the rear sight ramp. The numbers on the end cap, receiver, and bolt, are all matching. The stock is cracked, along with the handguard. They have both been repaired (visible in photos).
