Description:
This is a new Winchester Model 70 Super Grade in 7mm-08 Magnum with a 22 inch barrel. With a rigid one-piece steel bottom, metal and steel floorplate, cold-hammer-forged free-floating barrel and recessed target crown, the Winchester Super Grade Rifles provide tight groups and improved accuracy time after time. Featuring a pre-1964-style controlled round feed with claw extractor, these rifles fully control the cartridge from magazine to chamber and extraction. Plus, the forged-steel receiver with an integral recoil lug is bedded both in front and rear to eliminate shifting for pinpoint long-range shooting. The rifle also features a MOA trigger system with zero takeup and creep, a walnut stock with a shadowline cheekpiece that keeps your eye in perfect alignment with the scope, a blade-type ejector, a three-position safety that shows the safety status at a glance, sling swivel studs, and a Pachmayr Decelerator recoil pad. It has highly polished, deeply blued metal surfaces that provide an added touch of elegance.
