Description:
This bayonet features "S/175" ricasso marking, flashguard, two early Weimar eagle "WA 243" Waffenampts on pommel and a partial on press stud. Metal parts retain 97% of an old arsenal reblue with light pitting below finish on blade. The scabbard shows "S/155" maker's mark over "1936", ball finial shows a Weimar eagle Waffenampt. Scabbard retains 80% blued finish. A very good example of this early Nazi production bayonet.
