Smith & Wesson Model 28-2, Highway Patrolman, Caliber .357 Magnum, Serial Number N 2656XX, 6" barrel, Inv 5191.
This is considered by many to be one of the finest S & W revolver ever made. The 6" barrel is ideal for handling the powerful magnum cartridge with enough length to still be a tack driver on the range.
This particular gun is in awesome 99.9% original condition. This is about minty as a pre-owned gun can get. No wear or rub marks anywhere. A hairline drag ring and that's it. A white outline Micro sight, immaculate, razor sharp, mirror bright bore and perfect special order target grips. That's as good as it gets. Alas, the widow couldn't find the box, so you save. $899.
The special Pro Point red scope with the no drill Bomar Mount is available for $99. With the gun and $125, separately. An easy $200 value. This mount will fit all S & W revolvers with the same frame.
