With the exception of the caliber (.44-40 vs. .44 Rimfire, an obsolete cartridge), this rifle is virtually identical to the original 1860 Henry Rifle. It is one of a limited edition of only 1,000 manufactured. The receiver is of hardened polished brass that has the same tensile strength as steel. The rifle has a meticulous fit and finish.
